Evergreen Consultancy & Resources Pte Ltd (“ECRPL” or “EVERGREEN”) was incorporated in Singapore on 15th March 2012. EVERGREEN has been actively involved in Trading, Import & Export, Consultancy, and Freight Forwarding business activities since incorporation to expand its global footprint progressively.

All the business transactions that we have deal with are strictly based on our core values, which enables a win-win situation for all parties concerned. One of our company strengths was we have built a niche of vast contacts and rapport over the years with all our business counterparts within Asia Pacific region. This strategic relationship enables us to serve the business needs and requirements of our valued clients more effectively and efficiently.

To assure quality of our products, most of the manufacturers or suppliers that we have co-operated with have equipped with several certification such as HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Halal, US FDA, and Non-GMO verified. Some of our food and beverage products have met the Nutritional Guideline of the Healthier Choice Label Programme administered by the Health Promotion Board, Singapore. In addition, they have also achieved the requirements of Corporate Social Responsibility in the areas they operate in.

EVERGREEN has practised good corporate governance since incorporation in 2012, which ACRA awarded Certificate of Compliance for our full compliance on those important statutory requirements of timely holding of the Annual General Meeting or AGM, laying up-to-date financial statements at the AGM, and the timely filing of the Annual Returns.

We aim to operate as a Social Enterprise in the future, which is not only focus on FINANCIAL return, but also focus on SOCIAL and ENVIRONMENTAL returns.
